AI Posture Coaching With a Live Camera

A useful posture coach has to show the body, not only a score. Nexday AI draws an emerald skeletal mesh on the person in frame and a cyan shadow figure beside them so the target stance stays visible while the set is happening.

Joint angles are compared continuously. The right-side checklist names the correction in plain language: keep the back straight, lower a little more, hold the form, or note that the speed is already there. Those lines are spoken with the device speech engine so the person does not have to look away from the movement.

The left cards report reps, an estimated force percentage, speed in metres per second, and a form score. Those numbers come from the pose stream. They are training cues, not a laboratory measurement, and they reset with each exercise.

Start a session only after the camera permission is granted. A paid plan or the paid one-day demo unlocks the speaking coach. The free demo keeps the basic exercise camera and leaves the spoken coach locked.
