Start with a clear view

Place the camera on a stable surface with enough distance to show your head, shoulders, hips and knees. Keep the area clear and use comfortable movements. If tracking confidence falls, pause and reposition rather than chasing a score.

Train the observable movement

Cricket stance, football plant-foot alignment and racquet-sport preparation can be explored through visible human-pose landmarks. A body-pose system does not automatically track a ball, bat or racket. Use these sessions for slow practice alongside qualified instruction, not for official technique certification.

Read estimates honestly

Joint angles are camera-dependent estimates. Occlusion, loose clothing and perspective affect them. Relative tempo and symmetry can help you review a session, but ordinary camera landmarks do not directly measure striking force, joint load or power. Stop if you experience pain or dizziness.

Choose your next session

Open All-Sports Mastery from your dashboard, choose an available drill and follow the Ready countdown. Review the instructions and limitations before starting. Keep recordings private unless you intentionally choose to export or share them.
